Ah, there's nothin' like the luck of the Irish, and we're feeling it when we sip a lovely Irish coffee!

Don't know what craic is? You will! This Irish word, pronounced "crack," simply means fun! And you can't avoid fun here.

Irish Coffee

Ingredients per serving:

• 1.5 oz. Irish whiskey (try Tullamore Dew for a traditional flavor or Jameson for a smoother touch)
• 4-6 oz. hot coffee
• 1 tsp. brown sugar
• Fresh whipped cream, as desired (sweetened whipped cream is not necessary)
• Glass mugs are traditional for this pretty drink

Instructions:

• Add brown sugar to serving mug or glass
• Add 4-6 oz. of hot coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar
• Add Irish whiskey and stir lightly
• Top with whipped cream, pouring the cream over the back of a spoon that just touches the coffee, so that the cream will float on top
• Enjoy sipping the delicious mixture through the cream!​
