  • Consulting with the lead traveler, we personalize one of our fabulous  itineraries to meet the group's needs
  • An experienced Tour Manager travels with you to handle all the details
  • Hotel check in, transportation management, sightseeing excursions, orientation walks, hands-on activities, and free time plans are taken care of
  • We or our trusted representatives are always on hand to manage the unexpected, providing stress-free and worry-free travel
* Not included: transatlantic airfare, but we can refer you to an airfare specialist who can assist your group

How do I get started?
Get together with your group to choose one of our fabulous itineraries, select a lead traveler, set a reasonable target budget, and then have the lead traveler get in touch with us at [email protected]


What is the minimum and maximum numbers for a group booking?
10 passengers minimum, approximately 20 maximum (there may be some flexibility for maximum size on some itineraries)

How do we set a reasonable budget?
Take a look at the "from" pricing for 8 travelers on our private tours and be willing to add $500-$1,000 per person. Your group's trip will be personalized and priced for your particular dates and group size, and a tour manager will be added. If your group is on the larger side, your pricing will improve.

Are there group discounts?
Indulge in the luxury of a fully personalized private group itinerary, crafted exclusively for your needs. Book at least 14 travelers and receive a complimentary 15th spot—an extra touch to elevate your unforgettable experience. Conditions apply.
